***) Why do we ask you to enter an authorisation code?
There are automated processes running on the internet that trawl websites looking for web forms like this one and when they find them these processes try to infect the host server with millions of adverts through the form. By asking you to type in the authorisation code the system at least knows that there is a person using the form and not a computer program. A necessary evil unfortunately. Hope you don't mind.
